The Original Surveying Company

Antique Theodolite Surveying Tool

Crossland & Hardy Pty Ltd are consulting surveyors based in Perth, Western Australia. Established in 1868, we are the oldest surveying company in Western Australia today. Our roots trace back to Alexander Forrest, with the company taking its name from Charles Crossland and Henry Hardy, who joined the company in late 1800s.

We offer value for money while delivering projects in a safe and timely manner. Our licensed and qualified engineering surveyors offer expertise in all facets of surveying and mapping, including construction and engineering, land development, and residential and commercial surveys.

We provide personalised and professional survey services to the government and private sector, and are approved suppliers to undertake land survey services to the Western Australia Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage and the Public Transport Authority.

We are committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, with procedures in place to minimise injuries and hazards.

Crossland & Hardy have worked on many large and small projects around Perth, including:
  • The Northbridge Tunnel
  • Extension of the rail line to Butler
  • Subdivision of over 3000 lots at the Carramar Golf Course Estate
